A team of agents runs the development of a commercial mass-market product
A mobile app for iOS and Android and its backend. More than ten agents: analysts, developers, testers,
DevOps. They took the project over, set up the development and testing infrastructure, and ship new versions
of the backend and both apps roughly once a week. They find their own loose ends and vulnerabilities.
On the client's side there is one team lead, who sets the tasks, keeps the rhythm and spends
a couple of hours a day on it.

Administrator and assistant for a team of 15 people
Helps the manager keep track of every task, its status and every change. Replaces task trackers and
spreadsheets and works with every member of the team the natural way: it talks over Telegram, voice messages
included, and produces the reports people need in the formats they need.
It came in after every attempt to roll out a conventional task tracker.

A front office for an organisation with a heavy inbound flow of projects
Receives people who come with ideas and materials, builds a description and a list of materials for each
request, matches requests against each other and against current projects, and keeps the state of every
project. It talks to applicants and staff over Telegram, voice included; those who prefer to meet in person
are written up by an accompanying employee.
Replaces the meetings after which the information lives only in someone's head.

Analyst and administrator of an automation project in a company whose processes have not settled yet
Interviews every expert, describes the processes and maps them onto the company's systems: what a
spreadsheet covers, where a module is needed, how far the existing system reaches. Proposes architecture at
the level of specifics, then administers the project and collects status from the participants.
As the project goes on, the team gains a business analyst, a systems analyst, an architect
and developers. No separate project manager has to be hired.

A company-wide AI assistant for a manufacturing company
Connects to all of the company's systems: 1C:ERP, Bitrix24, the data warehouse and others. Step by step it
takes over financial modelling, production planning and other functions with a heavy load of calculations.
